Cette semaine à l’étranger, data.gov.uk a rendu disponible un module drupal pour interagir avec data.gov.uk (et donc ckan), ckan étant lui déjà bien libre et mis a disposition par ses créateurs (okfn) (via @regardscitoyens).
Autre initiative très intéressante, celle de wikinomics qui a transposé le processus opendata dans un tableau de modèle économique afin de mettre en valeur les tenants et les aboutissants de l’ouverture de données.

Cette semaine en France, le collectif regardscitoyens et Transparency International ont finalisé la numérisation des lobbyistes du parlement français. Plus de 3000 internautes ont participé à cette initiative; superbe exemple de crowdsourcing à la française (hé oui, ça marche aussi chez nous).
De son côté, le Ministère de l’Environnement se prépare doucement à l’application de la directive Inspire concernant l’ouverture des données environnementales. Le projet « Tout sur l’environnement » propose déjà quelques informations.
En parallèle, l‘OTEN lance un avis de consultation sur l’ouverture de données publiques. Une étude dont les critères vous rappelleront peut-être quelque chose. C’est moi ou ça commence à bien bouger en France ?
Et comme un tour d’horizon français ne serait pas complet sans un coup de sang, voici à lire celui concernant les données de généalogie. Particularité française, les menaces de privatisation des données généalogiques ont généré un mouvement actif de promotion de l’ouverture de données dans ce domaine. A noter le très bon article de Papiers et poussières avec un tour d’horizon des conditions de réutilisation des archives départementales en France.
